Before Reporting #

  • Check if the issue is already known in our status page
  • Try basic troubleshooting steps

  • Test in different browsers or devices

How to Report Bugs #

  1. Access the bug report form in your account
  2. Provide detailed description of the issue
  3. Include steps to reproduce the problem
  4. Attach screenshots or screen recordings
  5. Specify browser, device, and account information

Information to Include #

  • Exact error messages or unexpected behavior
  • Time and date when the issue occurred
  • Browser version and operating system

  • Any recent changes or updates

Response Times #
